We have had a very busy few months here at Little North Field preparing our site for our 2020 opening. Earlier in the year we installed a water treatment plant and all the necessary drainage for each of our tents. This involved diggers, dumpers, tractors, pipes, gravel -basically lots and lots of digging! The land has all summer to recover and looking amazing again- phew. The next stage of development has included ordering lots of wood to start building the bases for the tents to sit on. Tim has made the most of the long summer evenings (a distant memory now!) knocking 64 chunky posts for each tent, definitely a labour of love. We hope to complete the bases this month, cover them up for the winter ready for January when we shall erect the tents and fit each with water, electricity and connect to the drainage. Its all very exciting as things start to come more together each week…
